Territory, product scope, pricing, support, warranty and delivery terms in writing.
Distribution and OEM/ODM Cooperation Enquiries
Define the proposed cooperation
Describe the application, destination, customers, expected quantities and whether the enquiry concerns distribution, integration or OEM/ODM development. A general cooperation invitation does not appoint a distributor or grant exclusive rights.
Confirm responsibilities and documents
Assign responsibility for requirements, model selection, hardware changes, BSP and drivers, application integration, sample tests, release approval and product changes. Request the documents applicable to the exact model, revision, firmware and destination use.
Agree commercial terms in writing
Confirm price basis, sample policy, quantity, development fees, lead time, delivery, warranty and support in the quotation or contract. Territory, channel protection, exclusivity, branding and intellectual-property rights require a specific signed agreement between the relevant legal entities.
Prepare the next step
Use the RFQ checklist and contact information. Keep assumptions separate from accepted requirements and reviewed evidence.
Information verification
Product, manufacturing, certification and commercial information should be checked against current technical documents, the exact model or hardware revision, and written project requirements.
